Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, white meat, cubed
- 1 cup thin celery sliced in thin crescents
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Add salt if needed. Serve on salad greens, or may be served on large crescent rolls.
