Star Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 c flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 3 t baking power
• - sift together
• 1/2 c margarine creamed
• 1/3 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together margarine and peanut butter. Add sugars, egg, vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients. Bake 5 - 8 minutes at 375. Push down choclate star on top of each cookie and back 2 - 5 minutes more.
