Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 medium zucchini,halved lengthwise and sliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces
- 1 Tsp dried minced garlic
- 1 Cup water
- 4 sun-dried tomato halves,minced
- 1 Tbsp onion-mushroom recipe soup mix, Lipton Recipe Secrets
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet,heat oil over medium-high head. Add zucchini and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes,or until tender. Add water,sun-dried tomatoes and onion-mushroom mix;reduce heat to medium,cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
