Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped 1 c
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 c olive or veg oil
- 2 c 2lb 3oz each Italian tomatoes
- 2 c 6oz each tomato paste
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Stir in tomato, paste, sugar, oregano, basil, salt, pepper. Simmer uncovered till thickens add Parmesan cheese.
