Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless center cut pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lg onion (yellow, preferred)
- 1 small can mushroom pieces
- 1/2 cu diced celery, optional
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation
Step 1
Cut onion into slices and place on bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper chops, to taste. Layer chops over onion slices. Drain mushrooms, and place over chops. Add celery, if desired. Mix two soups in a bowl, then spread over layers in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Server over rice.
