Strawberry spring salad

Ingredients

• 1 c pecan halves
• 5 t sugar
• Romaine,leaf, bib and regular lettuce mixed
• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 bunch green onions
• 1 c grapes
• Dressing 1/2 t sal, dash pepper
• 2 t sugar
• 2 dashes of Tabasco
• 1/4 c oil
• 2 t white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Dressing mix all ingredients together.

Mix lettuce, celery and onions, grapes, and strawberries

Pecans: in saucepan, stir pecans till coated and sugar is dissolved. Cool in wax paper then add to salad.
