- 1 c brown and wild rice
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- 3/4 c pecans, chopped and toasted
- 2 stalks green onion - finely sliced
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T EVOO
- 2 T Honey
- 2 T OJ
- 2/4 tsp orange zest
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice as per directions and cool in fridge. Combine liquid and pour over rice. Add rest of ingredients and chill.
