  • 1 c brown and wild rice
  • 1/2 c dried cranberries
  • 3/4 c pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 2 stalks green onion - finely sliced
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T EVOO
  • 2 T Honey
  • 2 T OJ
  • 2/4 tsp orange zest
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice as per directions and cool in fridge. Combine liquid and pour over rice. Add rest of ingredients and chill.
