Ingredients
- 2 tbs. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1/2 cup sir fry sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 Tbs. of the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Heat remaining oil in the skillet, add vegetables; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Return chicken to the skillet and add sauce. Stir until chicken and vegetables are coated with sauce and hot.
