Ingredients
- Streusel:
- 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 3 Tbs. Butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- Cake:
- 1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. For the streusel, place the pecans, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon into a small bowl and mix well; set aside. In a large mixing bowl place the cake mix, cream cheese, oil, sugar, milk, and eggs. Blend well for 3 minutes. Pour cake into prepared pan and scatter blueberries over the top of the batter. Drop the streusel mixture by the teaspoonfuls over the blueberries. Bake for 45-47 minutes until the cake is golden brown and the center springs back when lightly touched. Place cake on wire rack to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Slice the cake and serve warm.
