Ingredients
- 1/2 Oz. Cointreau
- 1 1/2 Oz. Tequila
- 1 Oz. Lemon Juice
- Or Lime Juice
- Lime Slice
- Salt
- Or Sugar/Salt Mixture
Preparation
Step 1
Use 1-1/2 to 2 cups of ice for each drink. Add tequila, triple sec, ice and juice to blender and mix for 10 seconds (depending on blender) until mix is slushy but firm. Avoid letting it become to watery. Pour into large chilled cocktail glass. The chilled glass rim should be rubbed with lime juice and coated with salt before adding mix. Garnish with lime slice.
