BEEF STROGONOFF

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. trimmed beef tenderloin slice 1/4 inch thick
  • 6 oz mushrooms about 2 cups
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 cup dairy cream
  • 2-1/2 tbsp all purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat quickly a little at a time in butter. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender. Add broth, stir in sour cream and flour. Sauce will be thin. Season to taste. Serve over rice.
