AFTER XMAS TURKEY

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • left over gravy
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits or own recipe.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes, onion and celery in a small amount of salted water until tender. Do not drain. Add turkey, soup, gravy, salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven 350 oven until top is brown.
