SCALLOP CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups buttered bread, cubed 1/2" size

Preparation

Step 1

Pour boiling water over scallops and set for 15 minutes, drain well.
Saute celery and onion together in butter/ Combine with scallops which have been drained. Add mushroom soup. Put in casserole and cover with cheese. Sprinkle with bread cubes. Bake at 350 oven for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
