Ingredients
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 cups celery chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 lb scallops
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 - 10 oz. can lobster
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and celery in three tsp butter. Add salt and pepper. Bring milk to a boil. Mix 1/2 cup butter with flour and milk. Stir until thick add onions and celery. Then add cheese (cut up_, stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thick. Drain seafood well. Add to sauce and put in casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes, lettuce and tomato salad.
