Crunchy Buttermilk Coleslaw

  • 1 lb Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
  • 10 oz snow peas, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • t tbsp fresh ginger

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, toss cabbage, carrots, and snow peas. In a separate bowl whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk, salt, brown sugar, vinegar and ginger until smooth.

Pour dressing over slaw and toss. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
