Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal
- 1/3 cup Sugar or Coconut Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tes Vanilla
- 1/2 Tesa Salt
- 1/2 Tea Baking Soda
- 1 cup mini chocolate Chips or nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Beat all ingredients together. May be oily. Drop by tablespoon on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 12 minutes. Will be soft . Let sit on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before removing.
Makes 15 cookies
