COD FISH CAKES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked salt cod
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • pepper
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

Falke cod fish and blend with other ingredients. Form in patties. Roll in flour and fry in melted shortening or oil until browned on both sides.
