Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 egg - well beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith)
  • 12 oz crushed cocktail peanuts

Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Mix marshmallows and pineapple - refrigerate overnight. In medium pot, blend reserved juice, flour, sugar, vinegar and egg. Cook until thick, refrigerate until cool. Mix Cool Whip with pineapple/marshmallow mixture and cooled juice mixture. Mix in apples and nuts. Serve.
