Ingredients
- 3 oz vanilla pudding
- 3 oz lemon jello
- 3 oz raspberry jello
- 16 oz frozen raspberries
- Medium Cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Lemon layer – Combine pudding, lemon jello and 2 cups water. Cook and stir till boils. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice. Chill until partly set
Jello layer – Raspberry jello with 1 cup boiling water. Stir and add raspberries. Chill until partly set.
Fold cool whip with lemon mix, spoon 1/2 into jello mold and top with raspberry jello.
