Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup bottled or fresh Key lime juice (from about 8 small Key limes)
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl whisk all ingredients until sugar dissolves.

Divide mixture among six 1/3-cup molds; freeze until solid (about 3 hours).
