1/4 cup evaporated milk, or half and half
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp process cheese sauce (velveeta)

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a skillet, heat oil; add egg mixture. Stir in cheese sauce. Cook and stir gently over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
