Oatmeal breakfast pizza

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 banana

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix oatmeal, milk, egg, vanilla, sugar and baking powder. Still till mixed through. Add banana in large chunks. Mash until well mixed.

Greece a cake pan and pour oatmeal batter evenly in pan. Place a few slices of banana around cake pan. Bake at 220 for 20 minutes.

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup to serve!
