Ingredients
- Saute:
- 6 T. butter
- 2 T. oil
- 3 T. garlic
- 3 onions
- Put above in crockpot and add:
- 2 c. Greek yogurt
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 4 t. curry powder
- 2 t. garam masala
- 4 t. tandoori masala
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 8 T butter 2 T oil
- 3/4 t. ground cardamom
- 2 1/2 cans coconut milk
- 3 T. red curry paste
- 6 large chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
- (increase spices by 1/3 next time to try)
