Ingredients

  • Saute:
  • 6 T. butter
  • 2 T. oil
  • 3 T. garlic
  • 3 onions
  • Put above in crockpot and add:
  • 2 c. Greek yogurt
  • 12 oz. tomato paste
  • 4 t. curry powder
  • 2 t. garam masala
  • 4 t. tandoori masala
  • 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
  • 8 T butter 2 T oil
  • 3/4 t. ground cardamom
  • 2 1/2 cans coconut milk
  • 3 T. red curry paste
  • 6 large chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
  • (increase spices by 1/3 next time to try)
