Cran-Raspberry Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small packages raspberry jello
  • 1/2 enveolpe plain gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 can WHALE cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • *Filling*
  • 8 ouncees cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • small amount of finely chopped walnuts
  • Can add 2 to 3 tbsp sweetened whipping cream (can used canned)

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to boil. Once water is boiled, put 1 cup of boiled water in a bowl and addthe plain gelatin, stir until dissolved. Nest add 1/2 cup of cold water to the gelatin. Add all additional ingredients.Mix well and put in mold until set. Be sure to spray mold well with Pam.

For the filling, add all ingredients , mix well. Unmold salad and place filling in the center of the mold.
