• 1 box yellow Cake mix
• 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
• 3 cup Milk
• 1 8 oz. cool whip
• 3/4 cup shredded coconut

Step 1

Bake cake according to box direction in a 9 X 13 pan. While cake is baking, boil pineapple with sugar until syrupy. When cake is done, poke holes in the top and pour pineapple mixture on top. Spread to cover the entire cake. Allow to cool completely. When cake is cold, Mix the 2 boxes of pudding with the 3 cups of milk until thick and spread over the entire cake. Mix whipped topping with the coconut and spread over the pudding. Refrigerate. Best if allowed to set for 5 hours. Top can be decorated with fresh strawberries or blueberries if desired.
