Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk or vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 4 1/2 tbsp. agave nectar
- Dash peppermint extract (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in a blender, stopping machine at least once to scrape ingredients off sides of container back into mixture.
Divide mixture among six 1/3-cup molds; freeze until solid, about (3 hours).
