Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups suger
- 5 cups oatmeal--blended
- 24 ounce Toll House chocolate chips
- 2 cups brown surger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 8-ounce Hershey, bar, graded
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 sp pure vanilla
- 3 cups chopped nuts (your choice) I prefer almonds and pecans combined
Preparation
Step 1
Measure oatmeal and blen in a blender to a fine powder.
Cream the butter and both sugars, add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add Hershey bar , Toll House chocolate chips and nuts.
Roll into balls and lace two inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Yields: 112 cookies
