Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 3 tbsp hard margarine (or butter)softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Beat all 4 ingredients in deep small bowl with mixer, adding more icing sugar or milk as needed for proper spreading consistency. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
