Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, baked, halved (reserve one)
- 1/3 cup lowfat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 small onion, peeled, chopped, sautéed
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces turkey bacon, crispy and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, 1 potato, cheese, onion, dill weed, rosemary and salt into the Vitamix container and secure lid. Select Variable 1.
Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to 10, then to High. Blend for 4 minutes or until heavy steam rises through the lid opening. Reduce speed to Variable 3.
Drop in remaining potato and bacon. Blend just until chopped. Stop machine. Serve immediately.
