Brown Bean Dip with Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces beans in tomato sauce, drained and mashed
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into heavy saucepan. Heat, stirring until melted. Serve warm with corn chips and tortillas.
