  • 1 LB BOX ROTINI: COOKED, DRAINED, RINSED AND DRAINED AGAIN.
  • 3/4 TO 1 LB. COOKED SHRIMP: PEELED AND CHOPPED INTO BITE SIZED PIECES.
  • 1 MED. SWEET ONION: DICED VERY FINELY.
  • 2 STALKS CELERY: DICED VERY FINELY.
  • 1 1/2 TO 2 CUPS HELLMAN'S MAYONNAISE.
  • FRESH GROUND SEA SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE RINSED & DRAINED MACARONI IN LARGE BOWL.
SEASON LIGHTLY WITH SALT & PEPPER
ADD SHRIMP, ONION & CELERY.
TOSS TOGETHER.
BEGIN MIXING IN MAYONNAISE 1/2 CUP AT A TIME UNTIL DESIRED CREAMINESS.
ALLOW TO COOL THOROUGHLY.
BEFORE SERVING, STIR AND TASTE FOR SEASONING. ADD ADDITIONAL IF NECESSARY
