Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 onion, chopped Jewel-Osco — 1 lb For $0.69 thru 05/31
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Jewel-Osco — $3.49 thru 05/31
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Jewel-Osco — $3.49 thru 05/31
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min. or until golden brown. Stir in flour; cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Whisk in milk, then dressing. Bring just to simmer, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened. Add cheeses and Sriracha sauce; cook and stir 2 min. or until cheddar is melted.
Drain macaroni. Add to sauce with bacon; mix lightly.
