Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup minced cooked ham
- 1/4 cup milk
- peanut oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a deep bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl combine eggs, ham and milk. Add to dry ingredients all at once. Stir just to combine; set aside 20 minutes.
In a deep skillet, heat oil to 375. Slide batter by tablespoons into hot oil. Fry 4 at a time. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
