preheat oven to 425. line a 9x13 baking dish with foil rinse chicken with cold water & pat dry whisk together eggs & milk in a 2nd bowl combine remaining ingredients dip chicken & place in baking dish, dot with butter, bake until golden brown, about 1 hour & 15 minutes.
