Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 8 oz pasta spirals
- 1/2 cup each shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, and shredded zucchini
- 1/4 c minced fresh basil
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 4 T lemon juice
- 2 T light olive oil
- 1/8 t each onion powder, garlic powder, and salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- pepper to taste
- 4 T shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil pasta; drain and cool.
Add veggies and herbs. Mix up dressing and toss with pasta. Toss with Parmesan cheese. Chill.
