Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 8 oz pasta spirals
  • 1/2 cup each shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, and shredded zucchini
  • 1/4 c minced fresh basil
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 4 T lemon juice
  • 2 T light olive oil
  • 1/8 t each onion powder, garlic powder, and salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 T shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pasta; drain and cool.

Add veggies and herbs. Mix up dressing and toss with pasta. Toss with Parmesan cheese. Chill.
