Holiday Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (6 oz) raspberry gelatin
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 c ice water
  • 1 jar (14 oz) cranberry relish
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped celery

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice water. Chill about 30 minutes or until partly set. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2-qt mold. Chill at least 4 hours.
