Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-fat cream cheese, at room temp.
- 1 cup fat-free whipped topping, like Cool Whip
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 Tbs. shredded coconut
- 6 Tbs. chopped chocolate bar with almonds
- (about 3 oz.)
- 1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Using mixer on medium, beat cream cheese 1 min. Add whipped topping and almond extract. Beat 30 sec. or until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Stir in coconut. Divide chocolate, then 2A cream cheese mixture among 6 parfait cups. Divide pie filling, then '/s cream cheese mixture among the cups.
