Ingredients
- 1-1/2 POUNDS FRESH SUGAR PEAS
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
- 1-1/2 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
- 3/4 FRESH PEPPER
- SEA SALT
Preparation
Step 1
REMOVE AND DISCARD STRING AND STEMS
HEAT OLIVE OIL IN LARGE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD PEAS, SALT AND PEPPER AND SAUTEE TOSSING OCCASIONALLY 3 - 5 MINUTES UNTIL CRISP TENDER.
SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT AND SERVE.
