sour cream enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast cooked & shredded
  • 1 package cooked spinach
  • flour tortillas
  • cheese
  • sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • 2-3 slices of velveeta cheese
  • 1 can chopped green chiles

Preparation

Step 1

mix sauce ingredients & heat until cheese is melted. assemble enchiadas as follows:
meat, cheese, suace. roll. reserve remaining sauce. bake @ 325 for 30 minutes. add remaining sauce to top just before serving.
