Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thick rolled oats
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 t real maple syrup
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 small apple, diced
Preparation
Step 1
In a glass container, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Mix well.
Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning stir the mixture.
Top the chia oat cups with the cinnamon and diced apple and serve.
