Baked asparagus

  • 1-1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus spears
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine



Step 1

Preheat oven 300 degree. Place asparagus in one or two layers in a flat baking dish, just large enough to hold them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter or margarine. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 min.
