- 2 TABLESPOONS WHITE WINE (I USED

- SOFTENED BUTTER AND PANKO BREAD
- CRUMBS (I USED CORN FLAKE CRUMBS)
- 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY
Preparation
Step 1
IN A BAKING DISH, COMBINE SHRIMP, GARLIC AND WHITE WINE (SHERRY). SEASON WUTH SALT AND PEPPER. COMBINE MELTED BUTTER WITH BREAD CRUMBS AND ADD CHOPPED PARSLEY AND SPRINKLE OVER MIXTURE.
BAKE AT 425 DEGREES UNTIL THE SHRIMP ARE OPAQUEM 15 TO 18 MINUTES.
