Frittata With Spinach and Ham

  • 1 cup cooked Spinach
  • 3 T olive oil
  • minced onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 c ham
  • salt pepper
  • 8 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach and squeeze any water from the it. Chop and set aside

In a large frying pan cook onion, garlic, ham. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper.

Beat eggs in bowl. Raise heat in pan and pour in eggs. Mix well. Cook 5-6 min. Take a large plate, ease to invert frittata, then cook on other side.
