Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 1/2 T melted butter
- 2 T sugar
- 1 pint hulled and halved strawberries
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream lightly sweetened

Step 1
working with one sheet at a time, keeping the rest of the phyllo dough under plastic wrap. brush each sheet with a little melted butter.Sprinkle with 1/2 t of sugar and lightly scrunch the sheet with your fingers, so it becomes crinkled.
Bake in a foil lined baking sheet
400 8-10 min.
Mix the berries with 1 T sugar and spoon over the phyllo. Top with the whipped cream and serve immediately.
