Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 eggs, fork-beaten
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/4 C soda cracker crumbs
- 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 1 C cranberry jelly
- 7 1/2 oz tomato sauce
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- pinch ground cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, ketchup, soy sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl. Mix well. Add cracker crumbs. Stir
Mix in beef. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Makes about 60 meatballs. Place in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker.
Sauce: Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Pour over meatballs. Cover Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
To bake in oven: use 3 qt casserole; Cover; bake in 325 oven for 2 hours
