Ingredients
- 9 (2 inch) lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 (14.5 oz each) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Del Monte tomato sauce
- 2 cans (13.5 oz each) Del Monte Freshcut whole leaf spinach
- 1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain
Cook meat, tomatoes, tomato sauce in skillet over med high heat 7 min
Drain spinach well, squeezing out excess liquid. Blend with ricotta cheese.
Layer 3 noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/3 tomato mixture, and 1/3 cheese in 9x12 baking dish. Repeat layers, ending with noodles, tomatoes, and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until heated through.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
