Ingredients
- Cherry Peppers (hot or mild)
- Italian salad dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Sliced deli ham
- Provolone cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse peppers in running water and pat dry. Remove stem and seeds from peppers. Mix salad dressing and parmesan cheese into a paste and spread inside peppers. Take one slice ham and one slice provolone cheese and roll up. Cut a slice of the roll about 1-inch and stuff into pepper. Repeat until all peppers are stuffed. (optional) place peppers onto a microwaveable plate and heat for one minute.
