Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. White Cake Mix
- 1 Pkg. (3 oz.) Strawberry Jello
- 1 Cup Mashed Fresh Strawberries with Juice (1 1/2 Cups whole berries)
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Frozen Unsweetened Grated Coconut, thawed
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 3 9" cake pans. Place cake mix, strawberry Jello, mashed strawberries and juice, oil, milk and eggs in a large mixing bowl and blend with an electric mixer on low for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue mixing on medium for 2 minutes longer. Fold in the coconut and pecans. Divide the batter evenly between the 3 pans and place in oven. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched in the center. Cool in pans for 10 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely. Frost with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting.
