  • 4 baked potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bake potatoes. Cut cooked potatoes in half. Scoop out meat of the potato and whip with butter and milk. Mound back into the potato halves. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 8.
