Ingredients

    cup flour

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 2/3

    cup skim milk

  • 2

    tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2

    cups blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and mix well into a smooth batter. Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart baking dish in microwave on high for one minute. Pour batter into melted butter; do not stir. Drop blueberries on top of batter; do not stir. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
